Fair Public Services
We live in a time in what humanity is stepping up into a new phase of civilization. The current systems for public services are a legacy from the past, the feudal society. They can not survive the transition to this new culture civilization.
Therefore, we need to think about new fair public services outside the scope of feudal thinking.
We need each other to organize security. Security has a flip side, however. The flip side is terror. How can we organize security without inviting terror into it?
Roads, water taps, sewer, education, waste, energy .... Again, all have as flip side, terror. How can we organize economic networks without inviting terror into the system?
Some of us need extra care, because of (temporary or permanent) disabilities. Caused by nature, accidents, or age. Again, the flip side is terror. How can we organize care without inviting terror into the system?
Feudal organized public services have a tendency to wear out public capabilities. They have a tendency to become parasitic. How can we organize public financing within the carrying capacity of the society they should serve?
