We want

1. That good public services replace governments

2. That public services do not account for more than 30% of the total economy

3. That public service administrators are elected by the people

4. That the people can dismiss public service administrators by referendum

5. That taxes and excise duties are only collected locally by the city of residency

6. That residency replaces citizenship
