Yellow Vests Manifesto

We want that:

1. Good public services replace governments

2. Public services do not account for more than 30% of the total economy

3. Public service administrators are elected by the people

4. People can dismiss public service administrators by referendum

5. Taxes and excise duties are only collected locally by the city of residency and bottom up go together with shared public services

6. That residency replaces citizenship, and citizenship is replaced by birth rights
